What is free, and what do I pay for?
Your first three portrait previews are free, with no email or card required. If you love one, order a canvas from $59 or a digital download for $49. Frames are optional at +$40. Shipping and taxes are shown at checkout.
Is the preview really free?
Yes. Your first three previews need no email or payment. After that, save your email to continue, subject to a daily preview limit.
What makes a good photo?
Choose a clear, well-lit photo of one pet with the eyes and ears visible. Avoid blurry images and heavy filters.
Will my print have a watermark?
No. The YourCustomPet text protects the free preview only. Paid downloads and prints use the clean artwork.
Is this the portrait that gets printed?
Yes. We prepare the approved artwork at print resolution and add paper margins to suit your chosen size, without reinterpreting it. Every order is checked before printing.
What if I don't love the preview?
Try a different style, upload a new photo, or request a quick fix before approving. You don't have to order.
When will it arrive?
Digital files are prepared after payment. We aim to send your order to print within 24 hours of receiving it. Production normally takes 1–2 business days. US delivery usually takes a further 2–5 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, and busy periods or delivery delays can take longer.
