About These Terms
YourCustomPet is operated by PawSafe LLP, 32 Kinburn Street, London, SE16 6DW, United Kingdom. Contact [email protected] with questions. These terms apply to using the service and purchasing a portrait. Orders and support are handled in English. You must be an adult able to enter a contract to purchase.
Creating Your Portrait
We create personalised pet portraits from your uploaded photo and selected style. Gallery examples illustrate a style; your result depends on your photo and choices. Check the face, markings, composition and any lettering before approving. You can request changes, try another style or choose not to purchase. A preview is not an order.
Free Previews
The first three previews in a session do not require email. We ask for email before further previewing and ordering. Daily network limits also apply. Retries and revisions count as previews. Purchases are one-off orders; there is no recurring portrait subscription.
Uploads and Acceptable Use
You must have permission to use submitted images. You grant us and our providers permission to process, store and reproduce them as needed to create, deliver and support your portrait. Do not submit unlawful content, infringe another person's rights, interfere with the service or bypass usage limits. We may reject unsuitable uploads and suspend abusive use.
Approval and Payment
After approving your preview, choose a format and any size or frame options. Check the order and address before payment. Checkout shows the total, including applicable shipping and taxes, before you place the paid order. Prices are in US dollars unless checkout expressly displays another currency; your bank may charge for conversion. We confirm a successful purchase with an order confirmation. Contact us promptly about mistakes.
The Finished Artwork
Paid artwork comes without the preview watermark. Print preparation resizes the approved image and adapts margins to your chosen format. Screen colour, canvas texture and the physical finish can differ. Every physical order is checked before printing. We will not substitute a materially different portrait without your approval.
Digital Files and Use
Digital purchases provide a high-resolution PNG after payment and processing. Printed portraits also include access to the clean portrait file. Download links are time-limited, so keep a local copy. You may use your purchased portrait for personal display, gifting, sharing and personal printing. Your rights in your original photo remain yours. We do not promise exclusive rights in a style or rights in third-party material you supplied.
Delivery and Order Problems
Read Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds for fulfilment, cancellation requests and remedies for faulty or incorrectly produced items. Contact us promptly to request an order change; it may not be possible after production begins. Personalised goods have different change-of-mind rules from standard products, but statutory rights remain protected.
Availability and Responsibility
Maintenance, provider outages or events outside our reasonable control may delay the service. We will help resolve order problems and provide remedies required by law. These terms do not exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Law and Changes
The law of England and Wales governs these terms without removing mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence or access to a court available under applicable law. The version in force when you order applies to that purchase. Future updates will be dated here. You can save or print these terms for your records.
