Information You Provide
We collect uploaded pet photos, optional pet names, portrait choices, change requests, previews, approvals, email addresses and consent preferences. For purchases, we receive contact, delivery and order information. Upload only photos you have permission to use and avoid including people or private documents unnecessarily.
Information From Your Visit
A session cookie connects your portrait steps for up to 30 days. Technical logs and a hashed network address help protect the service and enforce preview limits. With your consent, optional analytics record page views, portrait-funnel events, device information and advertising identifiers.
How and Why We Use Information
We use automated image processing to create and revise portraits from your photos. Processing previews, taking payment, delivering orders and providing support are necessary to take steps towards or perform our contract with you. Service security and abuse prevention support our legitimate interests. Accounting records meet legal obligations. Optional marketing and non-essential tracking rely on consent, which you can withdraw.
Service Providers
Providers receive the information needed for their role: Google and an alternative image-processing provider process photos; Shopify and its payment providers handle checkout; Printify and its print and delivery partners fulfil physical orders; hosting and image-storage providers hold files; and Omnisend manages email contacts. Payment-card details are handled by checkout providers rather than stored in this app. With permission, PostHog and Meta receive analytics and advertising events.
Your Photos and Artwork
You retain your rights in uploaded photos. We use them to create, deliver and support your portrait. Uploading does not give us permission to feature your photo or portrait in public marketing; we would ask separately. Order and signed download links grant access to your portrait, so share them only with people you trust.
Cookies and Marketing Choices
Essential session and security functions let you use the service. Optional analytics stay off unless you select Allow Analytics. Use Cookie Preferences at the bottom of the site to change this choice. Marketing email is separate and optional: unsubscribe through an email or contact us. Service and order messages are separate from marketing.
International Processing
Some providers process information outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where data-protection law requires safeguards, overseas transfers require the relevant contractual or recognised transfer arrangements. Contact us for details of the providers and safeguards applicable to your order.
How Long We Keep Information
Sessions expire after 30 days; this does not automatically erase separately stored uploads or artwork. Files and order information are retained for delivery, support, disputes and required business records, considering whether an order is active, an issue remains unresolved or a legal retention duty applies. Contact us to request deletion of unused uploads or portraits. Information required for legal obligations may need to be retained separately.
Your Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may verify identity and explain any lawful exceptions. Contact us with concerns. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or your local data-protection authority.
Children and Updates
The ordering service is intended for adults, including adults buying gifts for children. We do not ask children to submit personal information. Contact us if a child has sent information without permission. We will date updates to this notice and provide additional notice where required.
