Digital Portraits
After payment we prepare your approved artwork as a clean, high-resolution PNG. Your order page shows a download button when processing completes. Initial download links are valid for seven days after preparation. Save a local copy and contact support if you need access help.
Made for You
Your portrait is made to order from the artwork you approve. Check the preview and your chosen options carefully before placing your order.
Delivery Estimates
We aim to send your order to print within 24 hours of receiving it. Production normally takes 1–2 business days. US delivery usually takes a further 2–5 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, and busy periods or delivery delays can take longer.
Charges and Destinations
Available destinations, shipping charges and applicable taxes appear before payment. Shipping is included only when the offer or checkout expressly says so. Availability depends on the product and address. For international orders, check any separately payable import charges before purchasing and contact us if the treatment is unclear.
Tracking and Delays
We send tracking details when your order is on its way. Delivery to other countries or remote addresses can take longer. Contact us with your order number about unexpected delays and we will help.
Addresses and Delivery Problems
Check your address before payment and contact us promptly if it needs changing. Changes may not be possible after production or dispatch. Tell us if a parcel arrives damaged or tracking says delivered but it is missing, so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy.
